Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support a high-volume hourly workforce across client locations. The role is remote within NJ, PA, DE, or MD, with travel to client sites as needed to conduct investigations and provide onsite support.

You will address workplace concerns, coach leaders, and ensure consistent policy application across manufacturing or distribution environments.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a high-volume hourly workforce in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
• Fluency in English and Spanish for interviews, policy explanations, and communication.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and documenting findings.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience advising managers on employee concerns, performance issues, and corrective action.
• Residence in NJ, PA, DE, or MD with ability to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for employee relations concerns across multiple client locations.
• Communicate with associates in English and Spanish to understand concerns and support resolution.
• Conduct timely, thorough investigations into workplace concerns (conduct, harassment, discrimination, attendance, policy violations).
• Interview associates and managers, gather statements, review records, and prepare investigation summaries.
• Recommend appropriate resolutions and corrective actions.
• Coach onsite leaders on documentation, performance management, conflict resolution, and policy consistency.
• Manage employee relations requests through Nitro, prioritizing urgent issues and keeping case notes.
• Maintain confidential records in HR systems and Bullhorn as applicable.
• Identify recurring concerns and recommend improvements in communication, training, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with client managers and internal teams to resolve concerns while maintaining relationships.
