Job summary

InProduction, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual HR Business Partner to align people strategy with our multi-state field workforce. Fluency in Spanish and English is required to effectively support installers and management.

The role combines hands-on HR execution with strategic partnership and travels for field support. Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, you will lead workforce planning, employee relations, investigations, and compliance across states, while delivering bilingual HR guidance and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication.
• 4–5+ years progressive HR experience with business partnering or generalist background.
• 3+ years supporting employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Ability to influence managers with sound judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR point of contact for assigned business units and field leaders.
• Advise managers on performance, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
• Lead and document workplace investigations with legal counsel as needed.
• Own FMLA, ADA, and other leave requests for units and ensure compliance.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and hiring for field and corporate roles.
• Oversee workers' compensation claims with our third-party administrator.
• Deliver HR guidance in English and Spanish to the field workforce.
• Coach managers on HR fundamentals, difficult conversations, and change management.
• Contribute to HR policies, procedures, and company-wide initiatives.
• Communicate benefits programs and support open enrollment.
• Support training and safety initiatives; maintain compliance across units.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR administrative processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
