Job summary

Richardson Sports Inc. is seeking a Temporary bilingual HR Generalist (Spanish/English) to provide hands‑on HR support across the employee lifecycle.

You will work with employees and leaders in a fast‑paced environment, handling recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits and HR compliance. This role requires fluency in Spanish and English, strong interpersonal skills, and experience across multiple HR functions.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Previous HR generalist experience across multiple HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of general HR practices and policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, high integrity and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR support across the employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits and leave administration, HR compliance, training, safety and engagement.
• Serve as an HR resource for employees and managers, partnering with leadership to ensure consistent HR practices.
• Support policy administration and maintain accurate confidential employee records.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
