Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks a bilingual HR Generalist in Ohio to coordinate employee relations, onboarding, training, performance management, and compliance across divisions.

This role involves partnering with training, coaching managers, and driving engagement through site visits and development initiatives. 2–4 years HR experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management are required, with English/Spanish fluency and potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field with 2–4 years HR Generalist experience.
• Gives evidence of bilingual English/Spanish communication.
• Knowledge of employee relations, onboarding, training, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee relations, onboarding, training, performance management, and compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and ensure policies and reporting are compliant.
• Partner with training to arrange development resources for employees and managers.
• Coach managers on employee relations issues and performance management.
• Drive engagement through site management training and regular site visits.
• Prepare personnel transactions, workforce statistics, and government reporting.
• Support wage reviews, pay changes, and ensure alignment with pay ranges.
• Investigate employee relations issues and participate in related hearings.
• Establish strong relationships with operations and act as HR consultant to sites.
