Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business or related field.
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) required.
• Minimum of 3 years HR experience in a relevant role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with people managers, HR Business Partner, HR Director, AskHR, and EPG.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and RPO on recruiting status and approvals.
• Support administrative HR processes in Workday and HR systems.
• Assist in Leave of Absences and compensation recommendations; analyze gaps and propose improvements.
