Job summary

Global Enterprises is seeking a bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations at our El Paso facility. This on-site role partners closely with the HR Manager and site leadership to support recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, compliance, training, and employee development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years HR experience in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with recruiting, employee relations, benefits, payroll support, performance management, and leave administration.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office; ADP experience is required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding activities.
• Serve as a resource to employees and managers regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, timekeeping, and employment-related matters.
• Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
• Assist with performance management, employee relations, and training programs.
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
• Assist with Workers' Compensation and FMLA administration while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.
• Help ensure compliance with HR, EEO, ADA, FMLA, OSHA, and labor law requirements.
• Support employee engagement, training, and organizational development initiatives.
• Maintain HR records related to safety, training, and compliance.
• Perform other HR duties as assigned.
