POM Wonderful seeks a Human Resources Generalist (Bilingual in Spanish) in Del Rey, CA. You will handle payroll, benefits, onboarding, policy implementation, and recruitment while partnering with senior HR leadership to support the business and staff.

Qualifications

• Two years HR generalist experience in production/manufacturing.
• B.A. in HR/Business or related field required.
• PHR/SPHR or similar desirable certification.
• Fluent in Spanish; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll changes, benefits, and leave of absence.
• Onboard new hires and support training/development.
• Maintain HR policies; ensure CA employment law alignment.
• Recruitment, sourcing, interviewing and job postings.
• Guide managers on employee relations and performance issues.
• Ensure wage/hour compliance and timecard accuracy.
• Support HRIS data integrity and reporting.
