Job summary

Star Pipe Products seeks a bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support payroll, benefits, onboarding, and HR policy development. The role partners with the HR Manager and Director to administer HRIS data, COBRA, and compliance, while handling employee relations in a dynamic distribution/manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in HR or business and 3–5 years of HR experience, with Spanish and English communication skills and knowledge of benefits and payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of human resources experience.
• PHR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and HR administrative tasks.
• Manage benefits including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
• Develop and revise HR policies and employee handbook with HR Director.
• Oversee payroll management, audits, and HRIS data accuracy.
• Maintain HR files, I-9, COBRA, and benefits records.
• Generate HR reports and support performance reviews.
