Jobot is seeking a dynamic bilingual HR Generalist to join our manufacturing team. The role will cover payroll, employee relations, talent management, talent acquisition, training, onboarding, compensation, benefits and FMLA, with bilingual proficiency essential.

You will shape HR strategies, foster a positive work environment, oversee performance appraisals, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with management to drive organizational success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a variety of HR functions including payroll, employee relations, talent management, talent acquisition, training, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and FMLA. Responsibilities

• 1. Manage all HR-related functions including payroll, employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, training, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and FMLA.
• 2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• 3. Nurture a positive working environment by ensuring employee relations and communication are at their best.
• 4. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• 5. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• 6. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• 7. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• 8. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Qualifications

• 1. Proven experience as an HR Generalist with at least 3+ years of experience in the field.
• 2. Bilingual proficiency is a must.
• 3. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• 4. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• 5. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• 6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• 7. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• 8. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
