Medivant Healthcare is seeking an HR Generalist to support a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee relations. The candidate should be bilingual in English and Spanish and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.

The role requires collaboration with leadership across the organization, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3–6 years of HR Generalist experience including payroll.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll, and labor laws.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: postings, screening, interviews, offers.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, documentation, orientation, system updates.
• Process payroll accurately with finance for payroll execution.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS, and personnel files with confidentiality.
• Serve as point of contact for HR policies, benefits, payroll, and support.
• Support employee relations: investigations and resolution.
