Job summary

Xpedient Logistics is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Generalist to support payroll, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and HR initiatives across the United States and Canada. The role requires strong organization, judgment, and the ability to balance employee support with business needs.

The successful candidate will manage two payrolls weekly/biweekly, ensure accurate timekeeping, and administer benefits while maintaining compliant employee records

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years HR experience in 3PL, warehousing, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Knowledge of U.S. federal/state employment laws, CA/IL familiarity a plus.
• Proven experience with payroll processing, employee relations, recruitment, and policy creation.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit payrolls weekly and biweekly, multi-state including CA/IL.
• Review timekeeping, payroll adjustments, deductions, and data discrepancies.
• Partner with Finance and payroll vendors to reconcile payroll information.
• Administer benefits, enrollments, life events, terminations, and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate employee records in ADP Workforce Now.
• Provide guidance on workplace concerns, attendance, performance, and policies.
• Conduct investigations and maintain confidential documentation.
• Support corrective actions, performance improvement plans, and separations.
