You will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and records management, ensuring policy compliance while delivering responsive HR service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in HR, recruiting, or employee relations or related role.

Responsabilidades

• Handle Talent Acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, and training.
• Maintain confidential personnel records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate orientation and onboarding with PEO (ADP).
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Provide weekly/monthly HR reports and data analysis.
