Sendero Industries in Houston, TX is seeking a experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations across our growing organization. This hands-on role focuses on high-volume onboarding, recruitment, payroll administration, 401(k) management, employee benefits, and HR and project compliance.

You will report to the Director of Human Resources and collaborate with managers and field teams at multiple locations.

Formación

• 5+ years progressive HR experience (Generalist or similar)
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience with onboarding and full-cycle recruitment
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
• Coordinate high-volume onboarding for field and office staff across multiple locations.
• Process payroll, verify timesheets, deductions, and changes; support audits and compliance.
• Administer 401(k) plan, enrollments, and employee communications; liaise with providers.
• Maintain HR records, conduct routine HR audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide HR support in English and Spanish; assist with employee relations and reports.
