Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring; collaborate with managers to assess skills and competencies.
• Conduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Support training, performance management, and employee relations activities.
