Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
• Administer onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and employee questions.
• Support performance management and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and HR initiatives.
