Job summary

Parsec-Technologies is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to lead recruitment, employee relations, and performance management while partnering with leadership to develop HR programs. The role oversees benefits, compliance, and HR administration from an on-site Plano office.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in HR Generalist roles, a Bachelor’s in HR/Business, and is proficient with BambooHR and MS Office. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience; small business experience preferred.
• Professional certification (SHRM-CP, CIPD, or PHR) is an advantage.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS; ability to generate HR reports.

Responsibilities

• Build recruitment framework: job postings, screening, interviews, selection.
• Partner with managers to implement processes and ensure fair hiring practices.
• Create onboarding workflows and training materials for new hires.
• Develop Employee Relations processes, investigations, and documentation.
• Advise on performance concerns, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
• Design and implement performance management and compensation guidelines.
• Administer benefits, open enrollment, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate dashboards for HR metrics.
• Deliver HR training for managers and staff; coach leadership.
• Maintain HR documentation and respond to HR inquiries.
• Evaluate HR processes and drive improvements for efficiency and compliance.
