Job summary

ArborWorks, LLC is seeking an HR Generalist for a multi-state shared services model. The role supports employee relations, onboarding, benefits, compliance, HR systems, and HR projects across several states.

You will collaborate with HR leadership and business leaders to deliver consistent HR support and maintain accurate records in HRIS systems, primarily ADP. This is an in-office role across Scottsdale, AZ or Oakhurst, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in employee relations or HR operations.
• Experience supporting HR services across multiple locations or states.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR point of contact for managers and employees regarding policies and procedures.
• Assist with intake, investigations, and corrective actions under HR leadership.
• Support performance management activities including coaching and documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee relations documentation and confidentiality.
• Track HR cases from intake to resolution with proper follow-up.
• Support compliance across federal, state, and local employment laws.
