Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a relevant degree.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruitment with adherence to processes and policies within the Recruitment Management system.
• Record retention of employee personnel files, medical files, and I-9 forms; monthly audits.
• Translate Spanish/English to support department managers as needed (safety orientation, employee relations, benefits).
• Support Supervisors and Department Managers with attendance tracking and policy facilitation.
• Maintain and administer HR reports and records per state and federal laws.
• Administer employee benefits including insurance.
• Assist with planning and coordinating employee engagement events.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
