Job summary

Jobot in Milwaukee is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to lead day-to-day HR operations, support employees across multiple locations, and drive recruiting, employee relations, and compliance.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, performance management, HRIS, payroll support, and partner with leadership to address workforce needs. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong employment law and HR compliance knowledge.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience.

• HRIS and reporting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field OR substantial relevant HR experience in lieu of degree.

This role will oversee recruiting, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and other HR initiatives while partnering closely with employees and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment experience
• Multi-site HR experience
• Paycom and/or Paycor experience
• Multi-state payroll and benefits knowledge
• Union and non-union HR experience
• SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
