Job summary

Vaco by Highspring in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. This onsite, contract-to-hire role requires fluency in English and Spanish and strong written and verbal communication.

You will coordinate onboarding, maintain employee records in HRIS and payroll systems, handle employment transactions, respond to employee questions, and assist with reports and HR projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Office Administration, or a related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with an HRIS, payroll, or workforce management system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure all new hire documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain employee records and update HR systems while handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Assist with employment-related transactions, including status changes, separations, and compliance documentation.
• Respond to employee questions and provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
• Prepare reports, manage spreadsheets, and support HR projects and employee programs.
• Coordinate meetings, training activities, and other departmental initiatives as needed.
