Qualifications

• Proven HR experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience with HRIS (Workday) and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee records.
• Ability to manage multiple HR projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and initial screenings.
• Support onboarding and new-hire orientation.
• Maintain personnel records and update HR databases.
• Coordinate evaluations, performance management, and succession planning.
• Administer benefits and respond to policy inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Assist with payroll reporting.
