Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and timely.
• Handle employee questions and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Support onboarding, offboarding and HR records.
• Assist with benefits administration and employee relations.
• Support recruiting and interviews as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Produce HR reports and support audits.
• Address construction-specific payroll requirements when applicable.
