Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an experienced Bilingual HR Manager to support a large, diverse, multi-state workforce in Denver. The role focuses on employee relations, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, and retention, with fluency in Spanish and English required.

The HR Manager will oversee onboarding, high-volume recruiting, investigations, training, and compliance across multiple states, serving employees and managers with hands-on guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with broad generalist responsibilities.
• Experience supporting a large, hourly, frontline, or multi-location workforce.
• Working knowledge of federal employment regulations and multi-state HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead bilingual onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Manage high-volume recruiting, interviewing, and hiring across multiple locations.
• Act as a primary HR contact for employee questions, concerns, and workplace issues.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and guidance on disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Partner with managers on performance management, coaching, documentation, and employee development.
• Develop and deliver bilingual training related to workplace policies, safety, compliance, and leadership.
• Monitor turnover and engagement trends and recommend retention strategies.
• Ensure HR practices comply with applicable employment laws.
