Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience with HRIS systems (UKG or similar).
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR partner to leaders and employees on workplace matters.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, performance concerns, and separations.
• Advise on HR policies, employment practices, and procedures.
• Lead and support recruiting, workforce planning, and onboarding.
• Support performance management, goal setting, and development planning.
• Partner on succession planning, retention, and organizational growth.
• Communicate HR programs and initiatives across the organization.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.
