This role will manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and professional positions, while leveraging bilingual Spanish/English communication to engage both active and passive candidates.

The specialist will develop proactive sourcing strategies, build relationships with hiring leaders, and support HR initiatives to strengthen talent pipelines and employer branding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for corporate and professional roles, including admin, finance, and management.
• Bilingual Spanish/English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple openings with strong communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using networking platforms and social media.
• Identify and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Conduct outreach, resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews.
• Build interview processes tailored to each position and drive selection.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to enhance talent attraction and employer branding.
• Establish recruiting metrics and report on pipeline activity and performance.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure a smooth interview and onboarding experience.
