Job Description:

We are seeking a bilingual HR Coordinator to assist with daily HR operations and employee support in a fast‑paced, operations‑driven environment. This individual will work alongside the HR team to coordinate onboarding, assist with recruitment, maintain employee records, support compliance initiatives, and contribute to employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate is flexible, approachable, and eager to expand their HR knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation sessions to help employees understand workplace policies and expectations.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Provide administrative assistance for HR projects and department initiatives as priorities evolve.
  • Help prepare audit documentation, maintain compliance records, and support workplace safety initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Between 2‑3 years of previous hands‑on human resources experience is required
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with hourly and frontline employees.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to maintain discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Adaptable and comfortable managing several responsibilities in a changing environment.
  • Patient, empathetic, and approachable when assisting employees.
