The role covers recruiting, onboarding, HRIS administration, benefits, compliance, and employee engagement, with a Monday–Friday onsite schedule and a salary of $82,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in hospitality or service industries.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, written and verbal, across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring and onboarding from requisition to first day.
• Manage pre-employment checks, background, drug tests, and driving records.
• Administer Form I-9 and E-Verify to ensure compliance.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, leave management, and open enrollment.
• Maintain HRIS data, payroll liaison, and confidential records.
• Support employee relations, training, and engagement initiatives.
