Addison Group is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist for a hands-on role in a manufacturing setting. You will support employee relations, HR administration, and full-cycle recruiting across a 100+ employee workforce, acting as a first point of contact for Spanish/English or English/Somali speakers.

The role offers on-site work with some shift flexibility and a focus on process improvements, engagement, and compliance.

Competenze

• 3+ years of HR experience focusing on administration, compliance, recruiting, and employee support.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English or English/Somali required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Manufacturing or fast-paced environment experience; HRIS experience with UKG preferred.

Mansioni

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR questions regarding policies, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, leave, and programs.
• Manage and support full-cycle recruiting from postings to onboarding.
• Coordinate with temporary staffing on onboarding, timekeeping, and invoicing.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientations, and offboarding.
• Process employee changes and maintain confidential HR records.
• Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, leave questions, and payroll discrepancies.
• Support employee relations by documenting concerns and facilitating communication.
• Assist with HR compliance, audits, reporting, and required documentation.
• Maintain HRIS records and HR databases; assist with payroll updates and audits.
• Prepare headcount, attendance, and other recurring HR reports.
• Support HR process improvements and employee engagement initiatives.
• Partner with plant leadership to support a 100+ employee workforce.
