Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist for our onsite manufacturing facility in Le Center, MN. This full-time role reports to the HR Manager and supports recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations across shifts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years HR experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and bilingual fluency in Spanish/English. Onsite schedule with some flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or onsite environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English or English/Somali.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day HR contact for employees on policies, payroll, benefits, timekeeping and programs.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and candidate communication.
• Coordinate with staffing partners for onboarding and timekeeping.
• Maintain HR records and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes and orientations.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, leaves, and payroll discrepancies.
• Prepare headcounts and HR reports; assist with audits and compliance.
• Support employee relations and communications across shifts.
• Contribute to HR process improvements and engagement initiatives.
