This position involves supporting HR operations, managing documentation, and assisting with recruitment processes. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and hold an Associate's degree. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Background in manufacturing or distribution environments preferred.
• Comfortable working fully on-site, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations.
• Coordinate new hire orientations and training.
• Maintain and manage employee documentation.
