Qualifikationen

• Bilingual in Spanish.
• 2+ years HRIS experience, preferably UKG/Kronos.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS (UKG/Kronos).
• Process new hire paperwork and personnel transactions.
• Assist with timesheet corrections and payroll inquiries.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Respond to employee questions about benefits, payroll, policies, and HR procedures.
• Support HR systems and employee self-service tools.
