Spectrum Staffing Services is seeking a hands-on Human Resources support professional to assist with onboarding, employee changes, recruitment coordination, and benefits administration. The role offers exposure to compliance, data entry, and HR operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years HR experience, familiarity with ADP Workforce Now, solid MS Office skills, and discretion handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR experience required; 3 years preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Knowledge of HR compliance (FMLA, COBRA, FLSA).
• Experience supporting benefits and open enrollment processes.
• Prior recruiting support and candidate sourcing experience.
• Strong MS Office skills with attention to detail and time management.
• Professional written and verbal communication; discretion with sensitive information.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day HR activities: onboarding, changes, terminations, data entry, reporting, filing, and administration.
• Assist employees and leaders with HR-related questions with responsive, professional service.
• Coordinate recruiting activities: candidate sourcing, job postings, interview scheduling.
• Provide support with workers’ compensation, leave administration, benefits, and open enrollment.
• Process and maintain accurate HR records while protecting confidential information.
• Provide backup support to HR team and assist with special projects.
