Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Employee Services Center Representative to handle employee-related processes and inquiries, supporting onboarding and HR tasks with precise communication. The role focuses on accurate data entry across HR systems and timely issue resolution, contributing to a positive employee experience.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in HR or customer service, an Associate’s degree or related experience, and strong MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, related field; or equivalent work experience with prior customer service experience
• 2+ years of human resources and/or customer service call center experience
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• High level of analytical, process, problem resolution, and investigate skills
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality
• Demonstrated follow-up skills on outstanding or pending matters

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer responsiveness to calls/communications from HR, COE staff and employees
• Resolve issues with one-call resolution where possible across benefits, leave, onboarding, background checks and routine HR questions
• Update the HR Helpdesk with call/transaction information and supporting documentation
• Navigate HR systems such as PeopleCentral, iCIMS, and HR Helpdesk to ensure accurate data entry
• Administer pre-hire tasks and onboarding data in Spectrum’s onboarding system
• Escalate issues timely to ensure effective user experience while resolving the issue
• Meet service levels for customer satisfaction and adhere to SLAs
