Spectrum Staffing Services in New Jersey is seeking a hands-on HR Coordinator to support recruiting, workforce planning, and employee relations within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will spend significant time on the warehouse floor building relationships, coordinating staffing with agencies, maintaining rosters, and producing workforce reports to guide operations and staffing decisions.

Competenze

• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR coordination in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working directly with employees on the floor for a substantial portion of the day.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with workforce data and reports.
• Excellent organization, communication, and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple activities.

Mansioni

• Build relationships with warehouse staff, supervisors, and management on the floor.
• Coordinate high-volume hourly recruiting and staffing with external agencies.
• Maintain workforce records for hires, temp staff, transfers, and departures.
• Track staffing coverage and anticipate hiring needs to prevent gaps.
• Assist onboarding and advise on routine HR questions.
• Participate in staffing and operations discussions and follow through on actions.
• Prepare and improve workforce reports to support staffing decisions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline tasks using Excel, digital tools, and automation.
