Ideal candidate has 2+ years HR experience and ADP Workforce Now experience, with strong communication skills and a related degree. This full-time role offers broad exposure across core HR functions and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience required; 3 years preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now required; approximately 2 years strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of HR compliance requirements, including FMLA, COBRA, and FLSA.
• Experience supporting employee benefits and open enrollment processes.
• Prior recruiting support and candidate sourcing experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day HR activities including onboarding, employee changes, terminations, data entry, reporting, filing, and general administration.
• Assist employees and operational leaders with HR-related questions while providing responsive, professional service.
• Coordinate recruiting activities such as candidate sourcing, job postings, and interview scheduling.
• Provide support with workers' compensation, leave administration, benefits administration, and open enrollment.
• Process and maintain accurate employee information and HR records while protecting confidential information.
• Provide backup support to HR team members and assist with special projects or additional HR priorities as needed.
