The Beasley Group, Hazlehurst, GA, is seeking an Experienced Human Resources Coordinator to support hiring and workforce management. Responsibilities include maintaining employee files, onboarding, and coordinating HR activities across the plant. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to serve diverse employee populations.

You will back up the HR Manager and perform safety training, recordkeeping, and meetings coordination. Strong Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of HRIS are desired.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR clerical or administrative experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain employee files and HR databases.
• Coordinate plant-wide employee activities and events.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Perform new hire orientations.
• Enter new hires into HRIS and maintain records.
• Organize meetings and prepare agendas.
• Act as community outreach liaison to establish partnerships.
• Back up the HR Manager responsibilities.
• All other duties as assigned
• Maintain safety training records.
