Job summary

Encompass in Macclenny, FL is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to be the face of our HR team, handling onboarding, employee inquiries, and benefits coordination. You will support a high-volume recruiting cycle with the Talent Acquisition team and maintain confidential employee records in our HRIS.

Responsibilities include leading onboarding in English and Spanish, assisting with open enrollment, responding to benefits questions, and coordinating interviews.

Qualifications

• 2 years of HR support experience; degree in HR may substitute.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume onboarding process and communicate with new hires.
• Nurture relationships with existing employees and be a reliable info source.
• Respond to employee inquiries on benefits, time/attendance, and policies.
• Coordinate orientations in English and Spanish and assist with programs.
• Support recruitment by sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain confidentiality and assist in HRIS data entry and improvements.
