Qualifications

• Some HR experience or relevant education is required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) required

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage priorities

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries and provide HR support.
• Escalate complex issues for research and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer care and ensure resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and COE partners to resolve HR-related issues.
• Navigate multiple computer applications to resolve issues.
• Build relationships with HR stakeholders and teams.
