Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English (reading/writing/speaking) is required.
• 2–3 years of HR, employee relations, or operations coordination experience; warehouse or staffing environment preferred.
• Experience with investigations, interviewing, and incident documentation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple sensitive issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite; adapt to client-specific HR/operations systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with associates, client managers, and HR leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as the onsite HR liaison, linking associates, client managers, and remote HR leadership.
• Conduct and support employee relations investigations, including interviewing and documenting incidents.
• Handle confidential associate concerns related to conduct, performance, policy compliance, and workplace interactions.
• Support onboarding and orientation, ensuring understanding of workplace expectations and attendance policies.
• Monitor attendance, validate absences, and maintain HR case documentation.
• Assist with corrective action processes by preparing documentation and scheduling follow-ups.
• Communicate regularly with the remote HR leader on escalated matters with detailed documentation.
