The position emphasizes continuous improvement of HR services, collaboration with Talent Acquisition for recruiting and onboarding, and providing coaching and training on employment law and diversity. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 3–5 years of HR experience preferred.
• SHRM or HRCI certification a plus.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Attention to detail with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to multiple CA facilities.
• Handle employee relations and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR services as a strategic partner.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting and onboarding and provide market-based compensation input.
• Investigate employee relations issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver training on harassment, diversity, and employment law.
• Travel as required.
