NFI Industries is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align people strategies with business goals across multiple sites and departments. The role serves as a trusted advisor for leaders and employees, driving a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive workforce.

The HRBP will coach managers, lead talent review processes, and partner on change initiatives while ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience across locations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong knowledge of employment law and HR processes.
• 5+ years in Generalist or HRBP roles with multi-site responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change and use data to drive decisions.
