Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years in a Generalist or HRBP role across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of employment law across jurisdictions.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives.
• Strong HR analytics and metrics experience.
• Ability to manage high-volume workload with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with leaders and implement HR strategies.
