Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align people strategies with business goals across multiple sites. You will advise leaders, coach managers, and drive initiatives for performance, retention, and inclusion.

You will use people analytics to inform decisions, support talent development, and help manage organizational change while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in Generalist or HRBP roles.
• Experience across multi-site or multiple locations and strong employment law knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change initiatives and provide data-driven HR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coach managers on performance management and talent development.
• Lead initiatives to elevate employee retention and engagement and support LOA policies.
• Partner with leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent and participate in interviews.
