Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align people strategies with business objectives across multiple sites and departments. You will advise leaders, coach managers, and lead initiatives that improve retention, engagement, and organizational performance.

The role blends hands-on HR expertise with data-driven decision-making to support the full employee lifecycle, including talent development, performance management, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 5+ years in Generalist or HRBP roles with broad HR knowledge.
• Experience in multi-site responsibilities.
• Strong service orientation to internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change initiatives.
• Experience using HR analytics and metrics to drive decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable to high-volume workloads and proactive problem-solving.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws (federal/state/provincial).
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Travel up to 50%.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (preferred).
