UNFI is seeking an Associate Human Resources Business Partner to execute HR strategies in Talent Development, Workforce Planning, Talent Selection, Engagement, Recognition, and Performance Management. This role partners with the HR Manager/Director to drive people-first initiatives across facilities and supports the transformation journey.

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• PHR/SPHR/CHRL/CPHR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds effective working relationships with business leaders and partners with supervisors to develop coaching skills.
• Delivers onboarding plans and conducts new hire orientation.
• Executes HR tactics in talent development, engagement, compensation, benefits, and policy interpretation.
• Manages HR records, compliance with federal/state/local laws, and confidentiality.
• Supports local and regional HR programs, workforce planning, and employee relations.
• Collaborates with Total Rewards or HR Shared Services to complete personnel actions and data accuracy.
