Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to partner with regional business leaders and align HR initiatives with strategic goals across multiple sites in the region.

You will lead a team of 3–5 HR professionals, drive talent management, employee development, retention, and data-driven decision making, while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies. This role reports to the Director of HR Operations and collaborates with local operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required, preferred in Human Resources or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in HR with multi-site responsibilities and leadership.
• Experience leading organizational change and talent reviews.
• Strong HR analytics, metrics and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume workload and program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR leadership partnering with regional leaders to drive growth and engagement.
• Lead a 3-5 person HR team; coach managers and oversee performance reviews.
• Oversee retention programs, talent management and succession planning.
• Drive talent acquisition at senior levels and interview participation.
• Ensure compliance with laws and implement HR policies regionally.
• Analyze data to inform decisions and support compensation practices.
• Support change management during reorganizations and business transitions.
• Collaborate on benefits/compensation strategies with corporate HR.
• Promote diversity and inclusion across the region.
