ID Logistics US is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to shape people strategy at our White Haven site. You’ll partner with operations to drive talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management in a growth-focused environment.

Lead HR programs, ensure legal compliance, and analyze data to inform decisions. This on-site role requires bilingual English/Spanish abilities and a flexible schedule to support site needs.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma minimum with relevant work experience.
• 5+ years on-site HR management or HR leadership experience.
• Strong advisory background to operations on business outcomes.
• Knowledge of local/state employment laws and compliance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with practical HR solution delivery.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office; flexible on-site schedule.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
