A growing multi-site organization is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide on-site HR support across regional facilities. The role involves serving as a trusted HR resource, focusing on payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and 3–4 years of experience in HR, alongside strong communication skills. This position requires regular travel between facilities and bilingual proficiency in Spanish to support the Mexico team.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in HR, payroll, or administrative support (will train strong candidates).
• Experience with employee relations, payroll processes, or HRIS systems preferred.
• Knowledge of multi‑state employment laws preferred (including California).
• Exposure to international onboarding/offboarding regulations a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the on-site HR contact for employees and supervisors.
• Support new hire onboarding and ensure accurate HRIS setup.
• Maintain accurate employee data within HRIS systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
