ID Logistics US is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support site leadership at two facilities. This on-site role requires strategic thinking and hands-on HR partnership to build a high-performing, engaged workforce across Elizabethtown, PA and Jacksonville, FL.

You will lead talent management, performance, compliance, and culture initiatives while traveling 50% of the time. The role demands bilingual English/Spanish, 5+ years of on-site HR leadership, and a practical, people-first

Qualificações

• High school diploma plus relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of on-site HR management or HR leadership.
• Proven track record advising operations leaders on business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with practical HR solutions.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible on-site schedule and after-hours availability.
• Bilingual English/Spanish without translation services.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Partnership with operations leaders to align HR with business goals.
• Talent management including hiring, development, succession planning, and retention.
• Leadership coaching for site leaders on performance and development.
• Employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Performance management and coaching across on-site staff.
• Workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
• HR policies and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Data-driven HR metrics reporting to senior management.
• Culture, engagement, and employee programs initiatives.
• Training and development coordination.
• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.
• Safety compliance and site safety culture.
• Travel to cover two facilities.
