Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of on-site HR management or leadership experience.
• Proven ability to advise operations leaders on business outcomes.
• Solid knowledge of HR practices, laws, and compliance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required without translation tools.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Strategic partnership with site leadership to align HR with business goals.
• Talent management including high-volume hourly and salaried hiring.
• Coach site leaders on performance, leadership, and development.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee performance management and improvement plans.
• Plan workforce and organization effectiveness with leaders.
• Ensure HR policies comply with laws and internal rules.
• Utilize HRIS data to monitor turnover, recruiting, and engagement.
